Daily Mantra will, after payment by you, prepare the order for shipping as soon as possible. Orders received before 5 pm on business days, will be shipped within 24-48 hours (given that all products are in stock).
Daily Mantra will ship your order via Fietskoeriers or DHL. You will receive emails concerning the status of your shipment as well as a track and trace code to follow your shipment online.
When will I receive my order?
Daily Mantra ships within 24-48 hours. In some cases, products are out of stock and need to be production ordered. You will receive an email stating that your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. In an exceptional case, it may take longer. You will be informed about this if this is the case.
NB: When you choose for payment in advance, please take 1-5 business days money transfer time into account. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be taken care of immediately. You will receive an email as soon as we have.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries by Fietskoeriers are done by bike between 6 and 10 pm, in more than 30 cities. In case your city is not part of the Fietskoeriers network, or in case you are shipping to a business address, delivery is done via DHL (mon – sat, 9am – 5pm). For countries outside the Netherlands, delivery is done via DHL or SkyNet.
In case you are not home, you will receive a message stating that your order can be picked up at the nearest distribution centre or at your neighbor’s. You can always follow your order via the track and trace code you received.
I will not be home when the order is delivered, can I place a different delivery address?
Up until the moment we are about to ship your order, you can change the delivery address simply by mentioning the address in the comments area when placing the online order or by sending an email to info@dailymantra.nl.
Once your order has been shipped, changing the delivery address is not possible any more.
Does Daily Mantra deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, you can have or order shipped outside the Netherlands. Choose your country when you are placing the order. Please mind that different shipping costs may apply. If your country is not listed, please send us an email (info@dailymantra.nl).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped simply by sending an email to info@dailymantra.nl.
Daily Mantra does not charge cancellation costs.
