When can I return a product?

You are always allowed to return a product. If you return a product within 14 days, we have the legal obligation to reimburse your payment (save the shipping costs). You can also choose to exchange your product for another product (in case the new product differs in price from the original product, the difference in pricing will be either reimbursed or invoiced). 

Products are only accepted when they have not been worn and returned in the original packaging.

How do I return a product?

To return, use this return form and add it to the return shipment.

Shipping costs of the return

If you want to make use of the right of return or if you want to exchange a product, you must pay the shipping costs for returning the product yourself. You are also responsible for any loss of the product during transport to us. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

When will my request be processed?

As soon as your product has been received, we will notify you and we will immediately process your request (return or exchange).
